Easy. Simply contact us to let us know if you have items shipped to you that were incorrect or damaged. We’ll get you a free replacement ASAP! We currently don’t offer exchanges on products due to wrong size or color ordered. Please read on below for details.

Steps for Exchange Info

1. Our Returns for Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you ever need to replace a item for another same item, send us an email at merch@cryptopieclothing.com with the completed action listed below that best suits your need for exchange. We will respond quickly to make things right.

Wrong product 
Please provide: A photo of the product that was received, with the inside collar label clearly visible as well.

An issue with the quality of the print 
Please provide: A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design print issue is clearly visible in a single picture.

Physical Defect
Please provide: A clear photo of the defect with inside collar label visible in the picture.
